*Return Policy*: What is your return policy and how do I process a return?
To initiate the return process and generate a free return shipping label, please visit “[insert URL].” Our return policy lasts 30 days from the order date. Under special circumstances, returns and exchanges after 30 days may be accepted. Full refunds are issued for items returned within 30 days.
*Order Changes*: Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team promptly begins packing and processing it. Therefore, once you are charged, we are unable to make any changes. If you're dissatisfied with your item(s) or no longer need them, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund via our free returns service in the US.
*Incorrect Shipping Address*: What should I do if my order is being sent to the wrong address?
Please carefully check your shipping information at checkout. If you realize you have made a mistake after placing your order, we have a limited time to amend the address. If your parcel has already shipped, we cannot change the address. If you need assistance, contact our Customer Service team with your order details and correct address.

*Missing Orders*: What should I do if my order is missing?
If you're in the US and haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team within 21 days of your order date. After this period, "Eccentric Emporium" reserves the right to determine whether to replace any missing items.
*Wrong Item Received*: What should I do if I received the wrong item?
While we strive for accuracy, mistakes can happen. US customers should contact our Customer Service team with images of the incorrect item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
*Missing Item from Order*: What if an item is missing from my order?
If you find an item missing, check your emails for an out-of-stock notice. If you haven’t received any communication, please reach out to our Customer Service team with your order details for assistance.
*Faulty Product*: What if my product arrives faulty?
