  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. You can choose your preferred method during checkout, and the associated shipping fees will be displayed.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and your delivery address. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new product as soon as possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, including return shipping fees at no extra cost to you.
